C.O.P.S. is a national program created by the Department of Justice, and it was implemented in Jackson in the fall of 2003. C.O.P.S. stands for Community Oriented Policing. C.O.P.S. 3 meetings are held regularly on every second Thursday of each month. June and July 2024 meetings will be held a JPD Precinct 3, located at 3925 W. Northside Drive. August 2024 and future meetings will be held at Grove Park, located at 4126 Parkway Avenue.
